How did you hear about us?

In consideration of the foregoing dance instruction performed by Kidz Talent Academy for their child/children, and other valuable consideration, the guardian hereby covenants and agree that guardian will be solely responsible for all accidents and injuries to the child/children while on the premises of the studio, and guardian shall indemnify and hold the studio, and employees, harmless of responsibility of whatsoever nature, for such accidents of injuries caused to or by the child/children. There is a risk associated with all dance activities, parent(s) will hold the studio and it's employees harmless. The above paragraph is applicable to but is not limited to any child, sibling, or other person in the care of the guardian while on the studio property.

Please Note: New students to KTA can try out 1 class for free. Registered or returning KTA students are able to try out a new KTA class per month.
